Fit Club is a complete fitness program, designed to be adapted to your personal goals and your personal abilities.  Unlike many other fitness programs that do not adapt to the needs of each individual, Fit Club is designed to benefit each individual based on their personal needs.

Once you join Fitness MD, you’ll meet our amazing trainers and experience our supportive, energetic, and dynamic atmosphere.  We  will take you through a series of assessments, including:

  • body fat testing
  • circumference measurements
  • cardiovascular testing
  • muscular strength & endurance testing
  • and a few others

The Fitness MD trainers will then discuss your goals with you, set a plan, hold you accountable, and help you every step of the way to achieving your goal!

For your convenience, Fitness MD has fourteen different workout times to choose from, starting at 5:00am and ending at 9:00pm, Monday thru Friday.  We have six different workouts on Saturday, and you can experience group running on Sunday.  You can work out with the Fitness MD trainers every day of the week as many times as you want and/or need!

Whatever your goal is, Fitness MD will help you achieve it!!!

Our trainers will hold you accountable to reaching your weight loss goals.  We will not let you fail.  Through weekly weigh-ins, a weekly food log review, and other creative and motivational means, we will help you achieve your goal.  Plus, if we don’t have a way to help you, we’ll search wide and far until we find a way!

Fit Club is designed to do five things:

With the main focus on functional training, Fit Club workouts are designed to improve every aspect of your health and fitness. Every Fit Club member has their progress tracked with monthly body composition analysis, circumference measurements, nutritional guidance, and physical fitness testing. You will see your improvement month after month as you become a healthier, more fit individual.

    Our trainers keep an attendance record of ALL Fit Club members, and our friendly and encouraging training staff will help you stay motivated and focused on achieving your goals. The attendance record helps our trainers keep your busy lifestyles from getting in the way of your health and fitness.

    Fit Club workouts are always different. You will never get bored with the same routine. Fit Club is especially designed to keep exercise fun for everybody. The greatest thing about Fit Club is the atmosphere, where everyone is encouraging everyone else to reach their goals.

    If you’ve ever had a personal trainer, you know that it can cost up to 100 dollars an hour. Fit Club membership prices can keep the per-session rate as low as four dollars! The affordability of Fit Club allows you to have a trainer by your side every time you work out.
