I had never been one to exercise consistently because I’ve always lacked discipline in my workouts. I had never been a runner. I think the most I ran in one stretch was 1 mile. After having my fourth child and trying to diet but not being very motivated or successful, I came to Fitness MD with my friend.
I love that I have a trainer that makes sure that I am doing what I need to make my goals. They work with me and give me personalized workouts for my specific needs. Working out with personalized training in a group setting keeps me motivated.
In only a short time, I could feel the difference, even before I saw any big changes in my body. I could play at the park with my kids and not get tired. I could run up the stairs and not get out of breath…I hadn’t felt like that in years. Now I weigh less than I have in all of my adult life, run faster than I could have thought possible, and feel great. I’ve been coming here for a year now; I’m much stronger, ran a half marathon on a whim and I love it!
